In order to make an appointment with Health Services for general medical appointments, you have three options:

• Online appointments (General Clinic and Allergy Clinic only): Click here


• Call 404-894-1420 and speak to Medical Records/The Front Desk (press 3 on automated system) General Clinic, Allergy Clinic, and Psychiatry Clinic.
  


• Come in to Health Services and make an appointment with Medical Records/The Front Desk staff (All Clinics).
  


• Please be aware that the Women's Clinic (404-894-1434) and the Dental Clinic (404-385-5147) appointments must be made directly with those departments. Appointments for these clinics cannot be made on-line.
