To make an appointment, please call the front desk/medical records at 404-894-1420. You can also make an appointment on-line at: https://www.myappointment.gatech.edu/.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your schedule appointment time.

Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations of appointments. You can call 404-894-1420 to cancel appointments. The charges that will incur vary depending on which department your appointment was located if 24 hours notice is not given.
