If your care is being transferred from another psychiatrist, it is helpful to have a copy of your records forwarded prior to your initial visit. In order to send your records, your prior doctor will require a signed “release of information”. Records can be faxed to 404-385-3826 or mailed to:

It is important to call your physician between your appointment times if you have any concerns or questions. Please do not adjust your medication dosing without discussing this with your doctor.

To contact your psychiatrist, call 404-894-2585 during the clinic’s working hours. Phone calls are returned on the same day or within one business day. If you prefer that your doctor not leave a message for you when calling back (for example, if you share an answering machine with roommates), please specify this when leaving your message. For confidentiality reasons, the doctors in Stamps Health Services generally do not use email to communicate with students. In the event of an emergency, if you are not able to reach your doctor, follow the directions above for “After Hours and Emergencies.”

How to make an appointment for this clinic only:

Call 404-894-2585 during the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Late policy: Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule their appointment and are subject to a fee.

How to cancel an appointment for this clinic only:
Call 404-894-2585 to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a late cancellation fee ($25 for a follow-up appointment and $50 for a new patient appointment).
