General Medical Visits- general medical concerns, check-ups, blood pressure tests, etc.

Physicals- We offer physicals at certain times and a 30 minute time slot is necessary. The below form MUST be completed and returned to Health Services before making an appointment for a physical. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time and if unable to keep the appointment please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. (Link to form)

Blood Pressure Checks- Students can walk-in and have your blood pressure checked at any time except between the hours of 12:00 and 1:00 pm.

STI Testing- HIV, Herpes, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B,

Allergy injections-

Immunizations- Fees are charged (current charges available at HS-404-894-1420)
Available immunizations: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Twinrix(Combination A & B), Tetanus, Meningococcal, MMR, Polio, Typhoid, Japanese Encephalitis, Varicella (chicken pox), Yellow Fever.

Travel Clinic-If you are going to be traveling outside of the country, you can come to Health Services to receive the immunizations that you need for the specific country to which you are traveling. There is a minimum of one month needed prior to travel.
