Meet Our Staff

Vladimir Oge
Vladimir is the Director of the Department of Health Promotion. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Education and his Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at University of Florida. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.

Michelle J. Cohen
Michelle is a Health Educator in the Department of Health Promotion. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Education at University of Florida and her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Emory University. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Her areas of specialization include student development, sexual health, stress management, and body image issues.

Ricky A. Livingston
Ricky is the Sexual Assault/Violence Prevention Coordinator in the Department of Health Promotion. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sociology and a minor in African American Studies from North Carolina State University.

Tammy M. Turner
Tammy is the Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Coordinator in Department of Health Promotion. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at Millersville University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Emory University. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.
